Our highly successful and established client is offering you the opportunity to work for a dynamic organisation as a Hotel Booking / Land Assistant in their busy Operations team. Established for over 36 years, our client pride themselves on offering the best services to independent travel agents throughout the UK who need their product expertise to help them create high quality tailor made travel arrangements for their customers travelling to USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Operations – Hotel Booking Assistant Role:
  • To support sales by confirming hotels, car hire and transfers 
  • To monitor any requests and liaise with suppliers and airlines 

Candidate Requirements:
  • Worked in the travel industry for at least 1 year in an operations role for a retail travel agency, tour operator or airline
  • Possess strong IT skills including Word and Excel 
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox 
  • Work well in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and able to prioritise workload 
  • USA destination and product experience 

Hours of Work:
  • This is an office based role working 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday 9am - 5.30pm
