Operations – Hotel Booking Assistant Role:
- To support sales by confirming hotels, car hire and transfers
- To monitor any requests and liaise with suppliers and airlines
Candidate Requirements:
- Worked in the travel industry for at least 1 year in an operations role for a retail travel agency, tour operator or airline
- Possess strong IT skills including Word and Excel
- Able to work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox
- Work well in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and able to prioritise workload
- USA destination and product experience
Hours of Work:
- This is an office based role working 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday 9am - 5.30pm
