The Business Travel Consultant role will see you join one of their outstanding brands based in North London. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Servicing small to medium-size businesses; working directly with travellers, pa’s and travel managers
- Answering telephone in polite, timely and professional manner
- Dealing with client travel requests accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines
- Offering best value and expert advice in all aspects of business travel and services available
- Attending client and supplier functions when and if required to develop and maintain good relationships
Now Let's Talk About You:
- Minimum 3 years Business Travel experience
- GDS skills including strong fares & ticketing knowledge (published and net fares)
- Worked with small to medium-size businesses accounts
- Can manager at least 10 enquiries at any one time
- Can issue BSP tickets and calculate ticket differences with reissues and refunds
- Can book hotels on GDS, online and direct
- Knows how and when to add a mark-up
- Exceptional communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate with senior management
- Flexible approach, enthusiastic and possessing a sense of humour
The Package & Working Hours:
- Basic salary is up to £36,000 per annum, DOE, plus commission/bonus
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, including health benefits that include Bupa Dental and health insurance
- Fam Trips
- Working hours, 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
