Our client is seeking an effective and persuasive professional as the role will be responsible for both people and office management. The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director.
Office Manager Role & Responsibilities:
- Adopt a hands-on approach, you’ll manage the day to day office operations
- Ensure the brand’s front and back office continues to offer a high-calibre concierge service to its HNW clientele
- Inspire to drive sales and focus on enhancing customer experience
- Mentor your team and their overall performance: A balance between efficiency and happiness
- KPI Management: Assess, complete, communicate and manage Team KPI’s
- Transfer of Knowledge: ensure your team members are on top of their game and contribute towards a positive working environment
- Maintain quality levels and develop performance improvement measures
- Keeps up to date with luxury travel products and competitors
- Performance manage, identifying team training needs with Human Resources and plan training sessions

- Travel Management experience gained within mainstream/luxury travel
- An understanding and passion for luxury bespoke sales
- Articulate and decisive leader with a strategic mind-set
- Possess the ability to inspire and develop people
- Ability to lead and motivate others with an even temperament
- Possess solid understanding of sales KPIs, and demonstrate strategic capability
- Investigative/inquisitive nature, with strong focus on results
The Package:
- Basic salary is £38,000 - £43,000 DOE, plus performance bonus + benefits
- OTE £48k+
- Working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
- 23 days annual leave, plus all public holidays
